Characterization:
In White masterbatch grade W.PE.2030, pure Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) is used as pigment.
The most important feature of thismasterbatch ishigh coating strength.
In order to increase the effect of masterbatch coloring and building resistance against UV, specific kind of Titans in plastic industry have been used. TiO2 particles surface have been modified by organic chemicals which causes easy dispersion and distribution of them in polyethylene, and also increases the polyethylene resistance against sunlight.
Moreover, thermal stabilizers have been added to avoid thermal degradation of polyethylene during the masterbatch and pipe production.

Storage Conditions:
Masterbatch bags must be kept away from sunlight and moisture. Since Titanium is hydrophilic, in order to maintain the pipe and fittings quality in wet areas, it is recommended to use dryers.
