Features

The high-density polyethylene compound NABYLENE B.PE.3120 contains 2.5 percent micronized carbon black along with necessary thermal stabilizers and antioxidants, which increases its resistance to sunlight and oxidation. This compound has notable mechanical properties and excellent resistance to weathering conditions and stress cracking (ESCR).

Recommended Processing Conditions

The extruder cylinder temperature should increase linearly from 160°C to 200°C, and then the adapter and die temperature should be set to 210-220°C.
