Features

The low-density polyethylene compound NABYLENE B.PE.2010.P contains approximately 2 percent micronized carbon black along with necessary thermal stabilizers and antioxidants, which increases its resistance to sunlight and oxidation. Considering the burst pressure of this sample, the nominal pressure of this compound is recommended to be 0.5 bar.

Recommended Processing Conditions

The extruder cylinder temperature should increase linearly from 160°C to 200°C, and then the adapter and die temperature should be set to 210-220°C.
