Application: Production of drip irrigation pipes (Pipe 16)

Specifications: Black LDPE Compound B.PE.2007.P contains 2.5 % micronized carbon black along with thermal stabilizers which increases thermal and sunlight resistance. This compound has a good Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR).
 

Recommended Processing Condition:  The temperature of extruder cylinder should increase in a linear order from 160℃to 200℃ and then the temperature of adaptor and die should be set on 210-220 ℃.
